            We heard back in June that for the first time since 1998, Bannerman Island was going to once again have the 'Bannerman's Island Illumination.' Anyone who didnt jump at a chance to see that, might well be insane.

            For those that aren't aware of what it is, Every so often the people at Bannerman Island Trust put on an amazing show. They hire noted light designer, Deke Hazirjian, and this year included smoke machines and a bagpipe player on the night we attended. On another night they invited Irvington High School marching band and dance group to preform.

            We do have more pictures & videos then we will put up, but this is out of respect for the Trust.
